When coming up with Peruvian Chili Lime we wanted to come up with something that expressed an intense depth of flavor. We had some Aji Amarillo and Aji Panca that we had sourced from Peru and we knew that with their depth and nuance of flavor we could make an amazing blend with them. We paired them with lime juice powder and other aromatic chiles and spices and Peruvian Chili Lime was born. We absolutely love it on a spatchcocked bird, meat for tacos, chips, snacks, French fries, and sauces. It’s potential and uses are endless.
