How to Use Our Rubs

Our seasonings are incredibly versatile, but here’s a few ways we love using them to their fullest potential. We hope this inspires you to make your own creations at home. 

Barbeque Rub

  • Perfect with pork- ribs, chops, and smoked shoulders
  • Homemade barbeque sauce
  • Grilled salmon
  • Chicken wings

Garlic Herb Seasoning

  • Steak
  • Vinaigrette dressings
  • Pot roast seasoning
  • Potatoes
  • Soups

Taco Tuesday

  • Ground beef tacos
  • Chili
  • Shredded beef (such as beef barbacoa)
  • Sauteed chicken breast
  • Grilled corn on the cob, finished with lime and cotija cheese

Salt and Vinegar

  • Sprinkle on snack items like popcorn, chips, roasted chickpeas, or fries while they are still hot.
  • Toss on hot fried or broiled chicken wings

Savory Seasoning

  • Add to starches such as stuffing, potatoes, and rice
  • Roasted vegetables, especially squash, carrots, and brussels sprouts
  • Creamy pasta sauces
  • Meatballs 
  • Ground pork breakfast sausage

Vadouvan Curry Blend

  • Use as a replacement for red curry paste as a more mild alternative (kid friendly!)
  • Perfect for creamy sauces
  • Soups
  • Coconut based sauces or stews
  • Shrimp

Hot Chicken Rub

  • Chicken wings 
  • Our hottest blend! 

Steakhouse Seasoning

  • Large roasts
  • Burgers
  • Steaks
  • Cauliflower “steaks”
  • Beef kebabs with bell pepper and onion 

Spud Rub (salt free)

  • Potatoes of all kinds- sprinkle prior to roasting, add to mashed potatoes, or season immediately after pan frying spuds. Add salt to taste.
  • Soups
  • Roasted Vegetables
  • Meatballs 

Togarashi (salt free)

  • Garnish Asian inspired dishes (containing soy/aminos based sauces) for added umami and chili flavor
  • Garnish for rice bowls
  • Sushi/sushi rice/onigori 

Buttery Buffalo Seasoning

  • Chicken Wings or sauteed chicken
  • Sprinkle on breaded chicken when hot
  • Hot sauce recipes
  • Creamy dressings
  • Sprinkle on hot snack items like popcorn, chips, roasted chickpeas, or fries while they are still hot
  • Sauteed or grilled shrimp

Italian Seasoning

Lemon Pepper

  • Seafood

Mulling Spice

  • Steep in liquid for warm drinks such as mulled wine, hot chocolate, and apple cider
  • Use in liquids for poached fruits
  • Steep in custard mixtures for desserts such as creme brulee, custard pies, and ice cream bases.

Peruvian Chili Lime Seasoning

  • Whole smoked chickens with marinade of lime and oil
