Blackberry Pizza 

 

Sauce 

4 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 TB Blackberry Rub

Toppings

Shaved fennel – 2 oz

Prosciutto – 2 oz

Goat cheese – 2 oz

Nectarine – 1 ea, sliced

Arugula – small handful

Directions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, and blackberry rub.  Reserve

2. Preheat oven or grill to 550 F

3. Preheat pizza stone for one hour

4. Sauce your favorite dough with the blackberry sauce

5. Top with goat cheese, prosciutto, fennel, and nectarine.

6. Cook for roughly 11 minutes until the dough starts to get crispy, the cheese begins to melt, and the vegetables become tender.

7. Finish the top of the pizza with some fresh arugula and a small amount of flavorful olive oil.
