Unlike those other guys, we do not use all that truffle essence and flavor, we start out with a hand harvested sea salt with bits of dehydrated white truffle imported from the Alba region of Italy. This region is an iconic truffle region known for producing the best white truffles out there that are delicate, elegant, and full of white truffle flavor. This blend is finished off with parmesan cheese powder, garlic, onion, pepper, and parsley making it a perfect accompaniment to starches including potatoes, pastas, breads, popcorn, snacks and vegetables.
