Vadouvan Curry

Vadouvan Curry is an aromatic blend of spices that is a French derivative of a more traditional Indian curry.  The Spiva Cooking blend takes the typical ingredients found in a Vadouvan curry but it is taken to the next level with traditional Indian chiles, as well as freshly ground spices.  This blend is perfect for seafood, chicken, rice, and lamb.
