Make a Classic Chimichurri Sauce:
- Combine ¼ cup Chimichurri Blend with 2 tablespoons warm water.
- Let sit for 5 minutes to rehydrate.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
- Slowly whisk in ½ cup extra virgin olive oil.
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.
Adjust the vinegar and olive oil to your taste. Like it brighter? Add more vinegar. Richer? Add more olive oil.
