Bold. Smoky. Outrageously Delicious.
This is one of those recipes that’s almost too easy—and way too good. Smoky, creamy, and loaded with flavor. Just throw it on the smoker and watch it disappear.
Pro Tip:
This recipe is killer with any of our rubs. Some of our other favorites:
Pineapple Chipotle – sweet heat that slaps
Red Eye Rub – coffee-chili blend for a deep, smoky kick
Peruvian Chili Lime – bright, bold, and tangy
Blackberry Rub – fruity, savory, and unexpected
Smokey Maple Blueberry – perfect for brunch boards and fall vibes
Try them all. Find your favorite. Then make it again and again.
Ingredients
-
1 - 8 oz Block Cream Cheese
-
1 TB Spiva Cooking Trufflicious
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Let the smoke roll low and slow.
Score the top of the cream cheese: use a sharp knife to cut shallow lines about ½ inch apart, diagonally across the top. Then go the opposite direction to create a diamond pattern. This opens up the surface for more smoke and seasoning to soak in.
Season all sides with Trufflicious. Don’t hold back—cover every inch.
Set it on foil or a tray—whatever makes cleanup easy. No fancy setup needed
Smoke for 2 hours. You'll get a rich, golden crust, creamy interior, and that unmistakable kiss of smoke.
Serve warm with crackers, chips, pretzels, bagels—whatever you’ve got on hand.
