Spud Rub (salt free)
- Potatoes of all kinds- sprinkle prior to roasting, add to mashed potatoes, or season immediately after pan frying spuds. Add salt to taste.

- Garnish Asian inspired dishes (containing soy/aminos based sauces) for added umami and chili flavor
