Pineapple Chipotle Hummus, makes 2 cups

 

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 limes, juiced

¼ cup tahini

2 Tblsp Spiva Cooking Pineapple Chipotle Seasoning

¼ cup avocado oil


  • In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, lime juice, tahini, and Pineapple Chipotle seasoning until combined.
  • Begin slowly drizzling in the avocado oil while still blending. Allow to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy as a healthy sandwich spread or dip
