Hot Chicken

Hot Chicken pays homage to the Nashville Hot Chicken culture that is so hot right now.  The blend pulls together the flavor profile that is typically found in Nashville Hot Chicken but introduces new layers of flavor and complexity.  Instead of using a simple combo of chiles we use 7 different types of chiles to really bring the flavor to this blend.  It throws equally powerful punches of heat and flavor.
