The Italian Sausage Blend is a perfect way to make your own homemade Italian sausage with ground pork, chicken, or turkey. It doesn’t stop there though, this blend is incredibly versatile and is amazing in soups, on vegetables, chicken, pork, starches, and more. This blend is sugar free but If you like some of the sweetness that comes with traditional breakfast sausage, add some brown sugar or maple syrup to really set it over the top in the flavor department.
To make your own Italian Sausage add 3 TB spice blend per pound of freshly ground meat.
