Lemon Green is a tea blend made from Chun Mei Green Tea, Lemongrass, and Lemon Balm. This green tea comes from the same plant as black tea leaves but it undergoes less processing and oxidation. This light green is perfectly balanced with the addition of lemongrass and lemon balm which provide a lemony flavor as well as notes of mint and mild ginger.
