Red Eye Rub – Coffee Chili Seasoning

Red Eye Rub is loosely inspired by our fond memories of red eye gravy.  The warm flavor notes of this seasoning blend together coffee, chiles, and aromatic spices.  It is an incredibly complex and classy blend that is juxtaposed with very comforting and familiar flavors.  Plus, why not get a little bit more coffee in?
